Are prices displayed publicly?
RAG Weaver operates on custom quotes. Every company has different needs in terms of volume, infrastructure and support. Book a 30-minute demo to get a tailored quote.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
BYOK means you use your own API key with your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral…). The LLM invoice goes directly to your provider. RAG Weaver adds no markup on tokens.
Is the number of users limited?
No. All plans include unlimited users. You pay for capacity (conversations, storage, workflows), not for the number of people accessing the platform.
What happens if I exceed my conversation quota?
You can purchase additional conversation packs (non-rollover, monthly) or upgrade to a higher plan. The platform does not cut off conversations mid-month.
Is On-Premise deployment available on all plans?
On-Premise deployment is available on the Enterprise plan. It includes installation on your infrastructure, configuration and a dedicated support contract.
