Mathieu Perochon has been supporting French companies in their digital transformation for several years. After observing the difficulties organisations face adopting generative AI (high costs, unclear compliance, technical complexity), he co-founded MATVI Consulting and built RAG Weaver.

When Didier joined MATVI, the question wasn't whether AI worked (we already knew). The question was: can we make it as easy to deploy for a mid-market company as Lotus Notes was to sell in 1993? That's what we built.
